HUGE WIN: Supreme Court Just Handed Trump the Power to Drain the Swamp

 This is massive.

The Supreme Court has reaffirmed that under Article II, the President has the constitutional authority to remove executive officials the same bureaucrats who’ve been hiding behind “independent agency” protections for nearly a century.

Chief Justice John Roberts made it clear in Seila Law:
“Article II authority generally includes the ability to remove executive officials, a power that is necessary to ensure the accountable and effective execution of federal policy.”
He continued:
“Without the power to remove executive-branch officers, the President could not be held fully accountable for discharging his own responsibilities; the buck would stop somewhere else.”
Translation:
The 90-year-old shield that protected unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats from being fired is now gone.
Every so-called “independent agency” from the EPA to the FTC is suddenly within reach of presidential authority.
The Deep State built the maze.
Trump now holds the map.
The Supreme Court just handed him the plug to finally drain the swamp.
